I use Sacred Geometry in my healing sessions because many women healing from narcissistic abuse and toxic family dynamics carry chronic stress, emotional pain, and survival patterns deeply within the body and nervous system.
Using Sacred Geometry patterns and healing techniques, I work to help release deeply rooted emotional pain and unconscious patterns at the core — where they were first formed — so healing can happen on a deeper emotional, energetic, and nervous system level.
These sessions are designed to support emotional release, energetic balance, nervous system regulation, self-trust, and a deeper sense of safety, calm, and connection within yourself.
